Kirjastokipitys is an event aimed at students of SEAMK, organized in collaboration by the Student Union SAMO, Seinäjoki City Library, and SEAMK Library. Now being held for the sixth time, the event is part of SAMO’s Wellbeing Week. Kirjastokipitys was created to offer a unique student activity that allows participants to explore the diverse services offered by libraries.

  • During Kirjastokipitys, participants visit checkpoints either alone or with friends at the Seinäjoki City Library and SEAMK Library. The order in which you complete the checkpoints doesn’t matter!
  • You can pick up your Kirjastokipitys passport from the SAMO office or the library. Once you’ve completed at least 3 checkpoints, you can exchange your passport for a cool overall patch at the SAMO office starting from November 20!
  • By returning your passport, you can also enter a raffle if you wish. The draw will be held among all who return their passports!
